I'm doing another kitchen takeover at @villainous.lexington tonight. Yo celebrate I did some science. This here is a walnut crusted rainbow chard and white onion pizza. I have one with dairy cheese and one with vegan cheese. Available as slices only.

I'm calling this one margherita but better. Basil-mint pesto, burrata, and chili flakes infused olive oil. I've gotten really good at making pesto lately, so you should be really excited. Come get it tonight at @dreamingcreekbrewery in Richmond.
